A boarding pass that reads at arm's length
The boarding pass is the one piece of airline print every passenger reads under stress. I redesigned Czech Airlines' pass around a plain hierarchy: route first, then time and gate, then everything the airline needs. One typeface, Aktiv Grotesk, the airline's red and blue, and nothing decorative.

The pass, in hand

Hierarchy
Route, time, gate, in that order.
LHR to PRG is the biggest thing on the ticket because it is the thing you check most. Flight, gate and seat sit in one row you can read while walking. The back carries the fare rules at a size that respects them without shouting.
