A conceptual healthcare app designed to feel calm, capable, and human. SoFiHealth reimagines how patients interact with their care through streamlined booking, messaging, and telehealth flows.
Highlights
- Developed a complete brand identity system including logo, color palette, and typographic hierarchy built around trust and approachability.
- Designed end-to-end flows for onboarding, authentication, appointment booking, provider messaging, and remote video calls.
- Created a booking experience that walks patients through symptom input, location selection, provider matching, and scheduling in a single guided flow.
- Prototyped interactive micro-animations for loading states, keyboard interactions, and screen transitions to establish the app's feel.

Healthcare apps often feel clinical or overwhelming. I wanted SoFiHealth to feel like talking to someone who already understands your situation. The gradient palette, serif display type, and generous whitespace are all designed to lower anxiety while maintaining credibility. Every flow is built to reduce cognitive load, one step at a time.
