- Designed against a large state matrix across device models and subscription scenarios.
- Built a conversion flow when LTE hardware is detected without an active subscription, aligned across mobile and web.

Product Lead and Design Lead. Owned UX strategy, state modeling, specs, and validation with engineering.
Notes
The problem was confidence. Users were doing real work but could not tell if the system was behaving correctly. I treated the UI like instrumentation: surface the right signals, explain the current state, and give control without adding noise.
