A fleet operations dashboard for Bee LTE devices that makes live status, trips, events, and media feel operationally usable.

- Designed end-to-end flows including onboarding, fleet setup, map monitoring, trip history, and event review.
- Modeled device and account states so the UI stays calm and predictable under complexity.
- Partnered closely with leadership and engineering to ship a cohesive workflow from purchase to first-use.

Product Lead and Design Lead. Drove product direction, UX strategy, specs, and QA as the single source of truth.
Notes
I approached Beekeeper as an operator tool, not a dashboard for dashboards sake. The work was less about adding features and more about reducing ambiguity. The product needed to answer what is happening and what should I do next fast, even when device states and edge cases got messy.
